1. Injection Molding Machine Operator
Description : Operate and monitor injection molding machines used in PET preform production to ensure smooth and consistent output.
Qualification : ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic Engineering
Experience : 1–3 years in injection molding (preferably in PET industry)
2. Quality Control Inspector
Description : Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Conduct torque, AA, and drop tests to ensure quality standards.
Qualification : B.Sc. (Chemistry/Polymer) or Diploma in Plastics
Experience : 1–2 years in quality control in packaging or plastics
3. PET Preform Production Supervisor
Description : Supervise daily production shifts, manage manpower, maintain machine performance, and meet production targets.
Qualification : Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
Experience : 3–5 years in PET preform manufacturing
4. Sales Executive – Packaging Products
Description : Handle B2B sales of PET preforms and HDPE caps, generate leads, visit clients, and manage sales orders.
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred)
Experience : 2–4 years in industrial or packaging product sales
5. Maintenance Technician (Electrical/Mechanical)
Description : Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on injection molding machines, compressors, chillers, and utilities.
Qualification : ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 2–5 years in maintenance in a plastic manufacturing setup
6. Tool Room Engineer – Mold Maintenance
Description : Manage mold changeovers, repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of PET and HDPE cap molds.
Qualification : Diploma/B.E. in Tool & Die or Mechanical Engineering
Experience : 2–4 years in mold maintenance (preform or cap molds)
7. Accounts Assistant (Tally ERP)
Description : Handle day-to-day accounting entries, billing, GST, purchase records, and Tally-based bookkeeping.
Qualification : B.Com / M.Com
Experience : 1–3 years with hands-on Tally ERP experience
8. Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator
Description : Plan daily dispatches, coordinate with transporters, prepare challans/invoices, and track deliveries.
Qualification : Graduate (Any stream) with good Excel/ERP skills
Experience : 2–3 years in dispatch/logistics in a factory setting
9. HR & Compliance Officer
Description : Manage recruitment, attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.)
Qualification : Graduate or MBA in HR
Experience : 2–4 years in HR, preferably in a manufacturing company
